Longspur Consulting, LLC · Effective July 10, 2026
Longspur Consulting, LLC (“Longspur,” “we,” “us”) is a fractional operating-partner practice based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we can work together, provide our services, and meet legal obligations. That's it.
We do not sell your personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and this site is not directed to them.
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run this website and our business (for example, Webflow, which hosts this site and processes form submissions), and where required by law. Those providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records, then delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to ask what we've collected. Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including access, correction, deletion, and data portability, and the right to appeal a declined request. We honor these requests from anyone, regardless of residence. To make a request, contact us through the form on our homepage and we'll respond within 45 days.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
